Having received his primary and secondary education in Ghana, Dr. Francis Pongo spent most of his career in management in the aviation industry. He has travelled extensively and done years of educational programs in America, Canada, the Caribbean, Europe, and Africa. Dr. Pongo has enjoyed decades as a consultant, lecturer, and researcher at k-12, the undergraduate and post-graduate levels. She has a keen appreciation for teaching and learning as well as multicultural experience from which to draw.

Dr. Pongo holds a doctoral degree in Education from Fielding Graduate University (Santa Barbara, CA), and a master's in Aviation and Aeronautic Management from Purdue University (West Lafayette, IN). Dr. Pongo obtained his bachelor's degree in Business Management at Colorado Technical University (Colorado Springs, CO).
